The Municipality of Korce

Korce

The Municipality of Korça is bordered in the north with Maliq municipality, in the east with Devoll municipality, in the west with Skrapar municipality, and south with the municipality of Kolonjë. The center of the municipality is the city of Korça. The municipality consists of 8 administrative units, which are: Korca, Qendër Bulgarec, Voskop, Voskopoja, Lekas, Vithkuq, Mollaj and Drenova. Korça Municipality has a population of 120,966 inhabitants according to the Civil Registry and 75,994 inhabitants according to INSTAT, Census 2011, while the number of households is 41,952. The new municipality has under its administration 1 city and 62 villages.
